Loan-to-Value (LTV)
Loan amount divided by collateral value.
Net Operating Income (NOI)
Revenue minus operating expenses, excluding debt service and taxes.
Personal Guarantee
A commitment by an owner to be personally liable for business debt if the business cannot pay.
