Truth in Lending

Commercial loans are generally exempt from Regulation Z (Truth in Lending Act) consumer disclosures. Inflection Financing voluntarily discloses all material loan terms — including APR, total cost of capital, fees, and prepayment treatment — in writing before any closing.

SBA Program Disclosures

SBA 7(a) and 504 loans are subject to SBA eligibility rules, including ownership, citizenship, use-of-funds, and credit-elsewhere requirements. SBA-mandated prepayment penalties apply to 7(a) loans with maturities of 15 years or longer (5%/3%/1% in years 1/2/3).

State Disclosures

State-specific commercial lending disclosures, including those required by California (SB 1235), New York (NY Commercial Finance Disclosure Law), and similar jurisdictions, are provided in writing prior to closing.
