Information we collect

Loan application data including business and personal financial information, tax returns, bank statements, and identifying information required by federal lending regulation including the Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act.

How we use information

To underwrite, originate, service, and report on commercial loans; to comply with federal regulatory requirements; to communicate with borrowers about their accounts.

Data security

AES-256 encryption at rest and in transit. SOC 2 Type II controls. Bank-API connections use read-only OAuth scopes.
